“unfortunately, the day was rainy. I couldn't see any view of three rondavels nor god's window. in this conditions, the guide help to find a good view, I satisfied. the only and big problem was lunch. it took more than one hour to serve the food, actually even took 15 minutes for taking orders. moreover, the restraint charged wrong bill. the guide recognized it but the restaurant never paid back.”

“The guide begins by telling us that the trip takes 10 and not 8 hours as indicated. Then he doesn't stop at God's Window where the trip would otherwise start... When we get to the boat there are two more hours, it sails... When we ask how it is that we have to wait so long and why we haven't stopped at God's Window, the guide refuses to answer and just says it's our own fault... Really sad experience. We didn't get what we paid for and instead wasted several hours for nothing.”

“Les excursions étaient très bien organisées, particulièrement celles au park Kruger où nous sommes les seuls parmi tous les tours à avoir été équipés contre le froid (le départ dans la nuit est critique a cette période de l'année). le lodge est très confortable et nous avons pu utiliser un service de chauffeur sur place pour dîner et faire qq courses en ville. 2 petits hics : le pick up au départ de Johannesburg avait 3h de retard sans moyen de communication (nous avons eu très peur de louper notre tour) et j'avais réservé le tour avec un guide francophone que nous n'avons pas eu sur les 4 jours. ça…”
