“Activity was gud but a guy by the name of Sfiso gave us an attitude telling us that our booking time will be delayed because they had black Americans we explained to him that we did booking online because we had a reasons but he asked us to go a talk to someone we did booking with until other guy I think was Luvuyo or Vuyo came and explain everything. It where we decided to continue with our ride other wise we were not happy the way we were treated as clients.”

“We we’re literally driven for 5 minutes to a spot to take photos and spend 20 minutes watching someone else’s photos taken and ours for 5 minutes, then handed over to another guide to drive us out. That cannot be worth R6000. I have done this activity before and it was worth the money. This time around, I am very very disappointed and feel ripped off.”

“We arrived at the agreed time before our start time & had to wait 30 minutes before we could get onto bikes as we needed to wait for another group. Why have booking times if you can’t keep to the said time. We then started the ride which was lovely & at the picture taking point we took pictures but it was very brief & our videos don’t show the full picture. The ride was 30 minutes & not the 50 - 60 minutes that was mentioned on the ticket.”
